Suggest Treatment For Constipation
Hi doctor.. I am 64 aged lady and from two days i suffering from constipation problem and few days age i have some stomach disorder for that purpose i have taken anti biotic medicine now the problem is that i am feeling the pressure but when i am going to latrine than its very difficulty for me and i feel lots of pain...... please help me and suggest me what to do?

Hello,
As per your complain you have a problem of constipation. Stool softener like Psyllium is helpful in constipation problem. Mention which antibiotics you are taking. Drink more water per day. Do morning exercise for more than 20 minutes. Avoid too fatty and gaseous foods in diet. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
