Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constipation which occurs due to lack of fibres in diet, eating a lot of dairy products, some medications like antidepressants, irritable bowel syndrome, acidity and certain conditions like hypothyroidism. Need not to worry. You should avoid large meals at a time. For now drink lot of water , do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order colonoscopy or other tests to look for blockages in your colon , barium studies and blood test for hormonal changes. Doctor may prescribe fiber supplement, osmotic laxatives , stool softeners and medicine to reduce acidity. You should take small and frequent meals.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
