Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hello Doctor. This is Shashi from Bangalore. The question is in regards to my daughter ( 4 years ) who is been constipated for about 8 months. We have been following it up with a Paedetrician and they had advised about the Syrup Piclin Kid which we had been continuing for about the whole 8 months. We have been trying to reducing at times and also increase it for the motion to happen.
From last 8 days, my daughter didn't go for motion. Hence, we had to give her an enema. We were advised to continue with another lactose solution and its been 3 days and there is still no motion.
We have been worrying a lot about it. Please advise?
