Suggest Treatment For Continuous Pain And Swelling After Accident

My wife fell down from bike in the month of june 2010 and later on due to contineous pain and swelling a MRI was done and the report says 1. partial tear of enterior cruciate ligament. 2. Focal horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. 3. Mild femoral peri condylar bursal effusion. 4. Depression of the lateral tibia plateay noted - post traumatic sequalae with adjacent fluid collection Please advise treatment.
