Suggest Treatment For Continuous Pain Around And Underneath Scapula
I have had continous pain around and underneath my scapula. It has been off and on for over a year but I thought maybe it was just out of place. For the past week the pain is intense and gets worse when I am on my feet all day. I m not sure if a Dr visit is necessary or if there are some exercises I can do at home?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you had continuous pain underneath and around scapula for nearly one year. For past week pain is intense. There are many possibility one is frozen shoulder and another is cervical spondylosis. These can be differentiated by x-ray of shoulder and cervical spine. Till then you can take analgesic such as diclofenac. You should visit doctor for diagnosis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
