Having blood sugar levels up to 190 is within acceptable level-range to my opinion. If I was your caring doctor would set goals for your blood sugar to achieve. So, it will be more easier for your to evaluate how well you are controlling your diabetes.
Having pain in entire body and leg pain together with numbness and tingling sensations are signs of diabetic neuropathy. You should consult with a neurologist in order to get your muscles and nerves tested and to determine neuropathy.
Keeping a good control of your blood glucose is crucial in getting pain-relief.
Physical activity and herbal supplementation can also help.
Wish you health! Dr.Albana
