Suggest Treatment For Cortical Blindness And Physical Issues

My nephew is 2 and half year old. After two days of his birth he suffered by convulsion.Then he was treated at ICU.After that he never suffered convulsion.When he was 8 months old we detected that he could not see.Then we have gone to neuro padaetricians, eye specialists where it was told that it is cortical blindness and he will not be able to see ever.Still they told us to wait for 5-6 months,changes may occur.They did not gave any medicine.Just did some tests and finalized cortical blindness.After 1 and half years again seizers were observed then one paedetrician prescribed Frisium5 tablet. Two tablets were given at that time. After that no seizers observed till date. Now the baby is 2 and half years old and we notice that neighter he can touch anything, nor sit,nor stand on his own.He cannot speak also.Just bodily he is growing.

If it is cortical blindness, it cannot be corrected as the brain centre is damaged. I am sorry as nothing can be done.
