Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, congestion in chest of 3 months old baby could be bronchiolitis. In this we need to give nebulisation to the child along with antibiotic. In my opinion, in 3 month baby a chest examination by doctor is mandatory, you should take the child to doctor for examination before giving any medications. Take care.
