Suggest Treatment For Cough And Urinary Incontinence

I am 46 and have already went through the change of life, I have been sick with some kind of flu like virus, includes deep coughing from the chest, I have it about 2+ weeks, but am feeling a lot better, but during this I have had a bladder control problem where I am wearing a pad for bladder leaking, I don t even have to cough hard now for it to leak It comes out easy, for the past 2 days I thought I noticed the pad a light red and today I noticed more then usual and after going to urinate I wiped and there was blood in my urine

welcome to HCM,
you had a problem of stress incontinance due to improper urethral sphuncter action.
now bllod in urine may be of different cause like
UTI,CYSTITIS,STONE IN URETER,KIDNEY ORIGIN,
i shall advise you to take
1.plenty of water.
2.urine alkalinizer.
3.antibiotics like levofloxacin.
4.do a USG KUB.
consult your urologist for the stress incontinance,because it needs surgery.
