Suggest Treatment For Cough In A 13 Months Old Child

I have a 13 month old who just got over a fever a week ago of 102.3. Now she has a bad cough and her temp under the arm is 96.4. Im concerned. I am unsure what to do, I have called the nurses hotline they told me to try to bring her temp. I have done that several times. then she goes back to her normal play self. Now her temp is down again. She is not sleeping and constantly cranky still with the cough as well. I know her nose is stuffy and I keep saline and a surenge to unclog it. The next morning is stuffy again. Every time I take her to the doctor they tell me its nothing to worry about and It may be her teeth. althou she has never acted this way before with teeth coming in. I believe her doctor is either over looking something or Im just too cautious

I think she is recovering form viral illness and its very common to have cough in recovering viral illness. So please do not worry and it will settle by itself in few days.
