Suggest Treatment For Cough In A 5 Years Old Child

Hello Doctor, My son is 5 years old any got brocncital infection every seasonal change. THIS TIME HE IS HAVING COUGH, SLIGHT COLD AND COUGHING ESP IN THE EVENING AND NIGHT. With the advice of my doctor from lost 4 days I am giving him One teaspoon of Azithral, 2 times Allegra and every 6 hrs Nibulizer with Budesal. He is relieved but still having cough, and heavy coughing in night. Please suggest

Hi,
After infection subsides symptoms of coughing remains for few days more.
As antibiotic is on, nothing to worry.
After antibiotic medicine course overs, continue with other symptomatic medicine you are giving.
