Suggest Treatment For Cough?

Hello Doctor,
My son is 9 month old . He is having cough for almost 25 days now ... when he got cold we started giving him the Homeopathic treatment. But cold is being cured but he still has cough in his chest . We are getting little worried now ... could you please some treatment or an suggestion is welcome.

Having cough since long requires attention.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
He may require one course of antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
