Suggest Treatment For Coughing, fever And Sinus Headache

My daughter is 9 years old and she started the coughing last night and told me her throat hurt a little bit. Today everything has gotten worse she has the chills, a fever of 103.2, a sore throat with white bumps on the back of her throat, swollen tonsils, a sinus headache, some mild coughing, and she says she feels very tired. I did give her Children s Motrin for the fever and pain. Is it time to visit the doctor or should I wait it out? Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that she might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection.
She might require one course of antibiotic like Azithromicin for 3 days.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Avoid giving cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
