Suggest Treatment For Cubical Tunnel Syndrome

I have what I believe is cubital tunnel syndrome (with symptoms exactly as described in the literature) - which has become permanent over the last few weeks. I have seen my GP and am going for a blood test tomorrow (renal, bone, fasting glucose, TSH) and fear that I may need an operation. I am now looking for a surgeon (I fortunately have private health insurance) with experience in this procedure. I live in London/Essex. Could you please advise.
