Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

From your description it looks to be a mark due to bruising of the skin along the inferior of your buttocks. Such a bruise might happen due to wearing tight inner clothing and cause a lot of burning and discomfort. It is suggested that you keep the area clean and apply neosporin ointment for healing. Please wear loose inner clothes to permit proper air ventilation. Avoid sitting in the same position for long duration. The ointment can be applied twice a day till the area starts healing. If there is no healing even after 15 days of ointment application then please consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and proper treatment.
