Suggest Treatment For Cut On The Gum After Falling Down
My two year old fell and smack his face on the floor. This is not unusual. This time though, he cut the upper back part of his gums. It only bled a little bit, but I can see a cut inside his mouth. He seems to be in pain if he is not distracted, but he won't let us touch his mouth and he won't eat.

It seems that there might be having infection in cut giving this problem.
Give him one course of antibiotic medicine for 3 days to control infection and cure.
