Suggest Treatment For Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome

is there any cure or cyclic vomiting syndrome.. my boyfriend is 21 and has been dealing with it for 6 years, sometimes it comes every month.. is there treatment or anything that will help him, he has two ulcers and a hiatel hurnia. he has been on pentoprazenol for them. I just want to find him help the doctors in my city dont know what to do

Take Itopride 50mg thrice daily before meals for 2 weeks. There is nothing like cyclical vomiting syndrome. Allow ulcers to heal, avoid spicy food. Drink a lot of water.
