Suggest Treatment For Cyst Over The Intestine

I brother is unable to past tools for the past 15 days,He is admited in teh hospital & they say that there is a lump (kind of a ball) over his intestine,they giveing his enuma atleast 2-3 times a day,Still its just water flush out ,when taken endoscopy that say its not clear as the tool is still in his stomach, Any suggestion would be appreached.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If this is the obstruction of descending colon then it has to be removed either medically or surgically. First, it is being tried with medicine if this fails then the only option is surgery. As it is being stated that enema being tried and endoscopy is not possible so the only option is surgery or surgical intervention colonoscopy base hypotonic solution ingestion which may help in relieving constipation.
