Suggest Treatment For Dark Green Stools & Fever Of 101.6

my baby girl is 5 months old and pooing dark green once a day these past couple of days and its alot, its not runny is thick, now after two days she has a fever of 101.6 do i need to take her to the doctor or give her pedicare to bring her fever down??
