Hello,

Is it sudden onset of deafness or slowly progressive one? Sudden onset may be due to trauma or neuropathic or infection etc.

In diabetic or hypertensive or drug induced or demylinating causes may take time weeks to months.

So please consult with your ENT specialist and get it done pure tone audiometry and tympanogram and get it treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
