Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Arthritis And Headache

I ve had a headache for a week and muscle weakness and discomfort in upper thigh. I do have degenerative arthritis, cervical dystonia and bone spurs in my neck. Appears the neck is the problem but want to make sure I m not nearing a stroke or heart attack.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
you should have mentioned which joints of your are involved with degenerative arthritis, i must tell you that its not a disease, do you consider greying of your hairs as a disease if they occur with age, so is degenerative arthritis.
The best way to control this is active lifestyle, regular exercises and analgesics as and when required, In cases where the arthritis has advanced too much, as to cause constant pain, you may need replacement surgery or arthodesis depending on the joint involved.
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
Thanks
