Suggest Treatment For Delay In Period

I really need to start m period, i am constantly cramping and bloated. And there are so irregular i can go months without having one. i am not pregnant and my ob/gyn put me on birth control but i cant start that to make m periods more regular until I have one. is there a way i can make it happen?

Hi, there are medicines available which can induce your periods. But you can also start taking birth control pills if your pregnancy test is negative. Discuss with your doctor. Hope I have answered your question.
