HELLO DR. I AM WRITING THIS TO GET SOME HELP FOR MY FRIEND (NOT ME YET) WHO HAS DEMENTIA. I really appreciate your concern, if this is the dementia then it is the neurological disease and it is irreversible no cure is there for this disease but it can be given try with medicines least concern what the sided effects are there but that is the only option available hope this information helps.
