Can u tell me can I take St Johns wort for depression and anxiety as I m on a contraception in plant if not what other herb is there that safe that would my problems, I have had three different and represents from my Dr but I have had side affects so I wanted to try a herb thanks Charlotte age 23

no herb can help you. it is rather yoga meditation can help you to some extent. rather naturopathy can hep you but you have to consult experts.you requere counseling by clinical psychologist and your own self confidence. you can over come it and become normal.
