Please type your query here...i am suffer in diabetes .my age about 47 years.my weight is 75 kg .i have diabetic patient last 8 years my GFalways 100-120.last 5 -6 months my GF above 200 ,doctor give huminsulin inj.(last 7 years i use tablet who doctor give (isryl-M) present time my Glucose Fast is 260 what treatment at this time?give advise and treatment immediatly.

Hello,
it is a normal phenomenon where person looses his diabeic control after many years and it happens due to gradual destruction of beta cells of pancreas.Since your sugar controls are out of control and are already on injection insulin,you need to revise your insulin doses.
In addition you can take VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day.
Consult your doctor for revision of prescription and does of insulin.
