Suggest Treatment For Diahrrea
my baby boy is 5month old. Now he is going for stool for 8 to 10 times per day.Our doctor prescribed Simyl mct milk powder. Previously we are using Lactogen 1.How long should I use Simyl mct. Still the baby facing the same problem.....Is there any alternation to stop the motions? ..........I.Srinivas.

If the child is adequately gaining weight and sleeping for 1 to 2 hours after feeds then there is no cause for concern.
The increased frequency is quite common due to hyperactive gastro-colic reflux.
Simyl MCT is medium chain triglycerides and helpful in building weight.
Continue giving him for 2 months.
