Suggest Treatment For Diaper Rash With Strong Smelling Urine

my 5 month old has a diaper rash, strong smelling urine, and stools with the consistency of clay. a couple of weeks ago, applesauce was introduced to her but she had none of these effects right away. I have changed diaper brands, try to change diapers as soon as possible, and taken away solids for now. I have tried giving her water in between formula feedings, but she will not drink the water. It has almost been a week with minimal improvement.

All that is needed for diaper rash to disappear is prevention....keep the perineal area as dry as possible...plus use Flogocid cream 2 times daily on affected area...use vasline to protect perineal area from getting moist by urine..
