Hello... First of all i would like to advise you that never take Tab Loperamide in Acute diarrhea at least for 3 days. Because, Acute diarrhea most of time due to Viral infection or Protozoal infection. In that case, if you take Loperamide it causes anti secretory action and stop release water in intestine to wash out the infective pathology and this infections get stuck in your intestines that may lead to long term complications and harm. Now come to your report, your stool microscopy suggestive of infective pathology likely to be bacterial. In this case you have to take 5 days antibiotics course. Yu can take Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day with probiotics thrice a day.
Thank You
