Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea , Abdominal Pain And Stomach Bloating

Hello,i was diagnosed of hep b about 8yrs ago and i haven t taken any medicine yet.meanwhile i started having symptoms like stomach sound,diarrheoa and abdominal pains.do u tink is chronic?and if yes wat medication is required of me since i dnt know ma viral load..A colleague suggested LIVOLIN FORTE.is it recommended for treatment?Also ma pregnant wife lab results proves negative of da virus.

I can understand your concerns.

Diarrhoea and abdominal pain are not related to Hep B. I will suggest you to take a course of antibiotic like ofloxacin twice a day for few days.

Specific treatment is available for Hep B. Get your viral load that is HBVDNA, HBe Ag, Anti HBeAb, liver function tests to know the status of virus so that appropriate treatment can be started at right time.

Livolin forte is hepatoprotective agent and can be used but it is not specific for Hep B itself
