Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Along With Stomach Pain

Ate out about 2 months ago and later developed a stomach upset. I have since been having watery stools and severe stomach pain every time I need to pass stool. I am also now having a skin breakout with itchy circular bumps and rashes. What is going on ?

Get a stool examination u might be hving amoebiasis. U can hv a course of an antiamoebic drug, like a full course of ofloxacin + ornidazole x 5 days. U should improve. Preprobiotic addition would be better.
