Hello Mr Samuel I share your concern If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you following 1. You should take pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs for 5 to 7 days 2. Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food do carbonated drinks 3. Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables 4. You can take dietary fiber supplements . 5. Avoid excess worry, stress and anxiety 6. Complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol is required
If it doesn't improve with these than you should see a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and further course of action Thanks for your question Please free to write back to me if anything is not clear or you have any more queries I will be happy to help you Best wishes
