General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Passing a stool three to four times a day could be normal. If you do not pass the stool until two to three days again it is not the disease condition. Abdominal pain could be due to dyspepsia (indigestion). Overall it seems to be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), it is nothing to take anything with Benadryl. Try to come out of the stress and everything would be fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
