Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Pain In Middle/right Of Chest

hello i am a 24 yr old male i weight 375 i am 6'1 in height i currently have chest pains in my middle, and right side of my chest sharp pains it bothers me when i breath but more when i move my arms i also want to mention i have had diarrhea for the past 3 weeks and always have gas when using the bathroom i'm scared about this being something bad can you please help me thank you.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Abdomen symptoms like the formation of flatulence (Gas) irregular bowel movement (Which is not a pure form of diarrhea, passing the stool three to four time in a day is normal and it is due to diet only.

For the infection, I would suggest tablet Metronidazole for five days, for the chest pain and discomfort it could be hyperacidity and for that, you can try tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone drug once in a day for three weeks.
