Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Pain In Upper Chest And Headaches

I have been having a slight headache, body achy, don t want to eat, no fever, upper chest tight, no cough, slight sore throat, and I want to sleep all the time. I was experiencing diarehea last night. What would you recommend me taking in medication? I work with elderly people. Is it safe to be around them?

Regarding your symptoms of headache body ache fever diarrhoea anorexia chest tightness cough sore throat sleeplessness I will suggest you have developed one of the following medical conditions

Malaria
Typhoid fever
Post work stress

In view of this please please do the following test
Malaria parasite
Widal test
Blood culture

Meanwhile please take the following pending the outcome of the result
Tablet artesunat
Tablet ciprofloxacin
Tablet multivitamin

Concerning working with elderly yes it is safe to be around them provided you are under medications
