Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

Experiencing diarrhea and stomach cramps for the past four days. Never threw up and had a small headache the first day. The cramps aren t as bad anymore but still loose stools. Had clams the first night it started, not sure if food poising or a stomach flu. Any ideas?

Stomach cramps might be related to food poisoning, Aerophagia (swallowing of air) due to use of carbonated drinks, smoking and alcohol .
Another possibility is acid reflux due to stomach hyperacidity.
Long standing diarrhoea needs to be evaluated in detail by stool test and blood investigation

If you can provide me.more related information like frequency of diarrhoea and it's consistency, I will be able to guide you better.

Meanwhile Have lots of fluids including ORS and fruit juices.
Loperamide may help you by decreasing intestinal motility and diarrhoea.
