Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps
I am a male 53 years old. In the last 24 hours have had diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. Now I still have the stomach cramps and feel like I need to go but am unable to get much out . My stools are light and runny and bright red and have a lot of clear mucus type substance in them.

Dear you may be suffering form acute dysentery caused by shigella or salmonella or ecoli.other possible causes are amoebiasis or giardia.
take plenty of ors fluid , avoid spicy food and alcohol. use tab. oflox Ornidazole twice a day for five days,tab.sporulac thrice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
