OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Diarrhoea with abdominal pain in pregnancy has to treated urgently, as it may lead to deleterious effect on the fetus. Stool examination needs to be done to rule out blood and worm infestation.
You need to be properly examined and investigated.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get further management, as you may be needed to treated as inpatient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti verma
