Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Vomiting And Upset Stomach

in october 20, i started feeling sick, diarhea, vomitting upset stomach and weakness in my arms, appetite this lasted a weak, after a few days i felt a little better, but all of those symptoms return, with no appetite, the only difference is i havent vomitted since it restarted

I appreciate your concern
This could be due to any of these
Acute Gastroenteritis
liver disease like infection as hepatitis
parasitic infection

In my opinion you should consult a gastroenterologist for examination, stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa and an endoscopy if need be.

You should take anti acidity medications like PPI group as pantoprazole and antacids

Have plenty of fluids including ORS and fruit juices
Avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softening agent like liquid paraffin
Have plenty of dietary fibers, whole grains and fresh fruits
