Have had diarrhea for about two weeks. Do not have nausea or pain, but have diarrhea several times during the day and at night. It strikes quickly and without warning. At about the time it started, I was drinking green smoothies with a combination of varying ingredients...pineapple, mango, oranges, bananas, strawberries (two or three of these in a drink) with 1/4 cup spinach and 1/4 cup kale. I sometimes add 1/4 cup coconut/almond milk and/or 1/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt and cinnamon. Have tried changing the combination of ingredients and even stopped the smoothies, but it does not seem to help. Any suggestions? Thank you!
