Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

I have had mild diarrhea in the AM for a few days- Last night I have developed mild pain with tenderness in my lower LEFT abdomen-close to where I suspect my ovary would be. I am 63 healthy as far as I know- no IBS symptoms for years bur now suspect this or maybe diverticulitis- my question is- do I need to go to an emergency room? I have no fever, bloody stools etc.

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea is almost self limiting and may not need any treatment and for the pain this may be some colicky pain may be due to some emotional stress again this may not need any specific treatment, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
