Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea
my baby is 10 months old i stopped breast feeding him at 8 months i think my baby may have lactose intolerent but i dont know for sure ever sence i changed him to formula hes had diareaha bad and gas my doctor told me to stop feeding him formula and feed him pedialyte and now his stool is normal i need help

Hello,
You have been prescribed oral rehydrating fluid to prevent dehydration and to maintain electrolyte balance. You can take it until diarrhea resolved. As per history just now diarrhea not present so no need for further work up
If diarrhea loose stool still present than stool routine micro examination and occult blood test were done for further work up. Consult a pediatrician for an examination.
