Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

i had diarreah tonight and have basically been to the bathroom three times since then. The most recent trip to the bathroom I pooped out some watery discharge that seemed to have traces of blood in it. What's going on? I had some really strong coffee this evening, could that have something to do with it?

Hello,

You may be developed acute gastroenteritis which may cause loose motions.

If you are suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome, then may be your stomach sensitive to caffeinated drinks so it may induce loose motions. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Take probiotics like capsule Gut Ok twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
