Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

I had a diarhoa and bleeding dec 2009, then i went to see spcialist,

he did some rectal exam and found anal polyp, he send a colonscopy february 2010 and the result was (fibro epethilial polyp on the anal margin and hemorrhoids in anus) july 2010 i went through ops for anal polyp removed and couple of anal tags. after a week of my op. i felt little lump balooned when i have bowel movement then when i wash it disappears, after 8 weeks i had follow up and i mentioned to the Doc what i felt but he did not check my problem now is that i was keep having hard stool and straining with some time blood streaks on the stool some times red blood with clot comming with the stool although i go the toilet every day or every other day but i was keep feeling the lump but some time disappear when my stool is soft, after 6 month i have pinky a round 2 cm the base is hard but the top is bit soft and tender and it does not disappear when i some time touch the lump with a toilet paper i see red blood coming out without bowel movement but the size still the same.



please Doc what can it be ? could it be something serious ?
