Suggest Treatment For Diarrhoea, Constipation And Stomach Cramps

My ten year old daughter has diarrhea, constipation, stomach cramps, gas, and loss of appetite. She doesn t seem to have lost any weight, but says she feels like everything she eats hurts her stomach. She gets warm very easily and becomes uncomfortable and even nauseous if she is overheated. She has become afraid to even leave the house for fear that she will feel sick and need to use the restroom wherever we go. She has also not been able to sleep well.

As per your complain, you have problem of diarrhea and abdominal pain and that may be because of intestinal infection or food intolerance problem. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Detailed history and physical examination will give exact idea. Barium abdominal x ray is helpful in diagnosis. Stool sample test is helpful to detect if any infection is present or not.
