Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Amoxycillin is a first line antibiotic given for respiratory infections by most doctors. But against some infections like haemophilus influenzae this is not effective. In such case change of antibiotic to azithromycin or levofloxacin is needed.
Also asthalin won't be effective in all acute allergic wheezing cases. You may need a short course of corticosteroids like methylprednisolone or inhalation corticosteroids in such case. So better to have a review with your treating doctor.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
