Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Urination Due To Penile Injury

my son slammed his wee-wee in the toilet it bleed it bruised I took him to the E.R they said it would heal his pee hole was fine a good stream coming out. Now since it has healed his pee hole has become almost shut and just a little stream comes out now and it now takes a long time to pee.
