Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that you might be having knee joint malunion. It can cause knee arthritis. I would suggest you to meet your doctor and get x ray of the knee joint. If there is knee arthritis or misplaced screws than you might need a revision surgery. if screws and plate are in normal position than you just need to do physiotherapy.
If you want you can share x ray images with me, I will try my best to help you.
thanks
