Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Dear Sirs My English not so well I'm a man 40years old ,I was sick (anxiety) for 10years ago,and I have trouble with digestive system(functional),when I eat bread, fresh vegetable,apple,...I alway get very tired and sick.I alway medical check, but not think wrong.the doctor give me Sulpiride+Sertraline+Lexomyl for 1year already,Please help me!
Well come to HCM Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, food may not cause the tiredness, it is the functional factors that causes this, it seems to be IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome ) it is kind of functional disease mostly happening due to anxiety and depression so try to come out of this, condition can be managed tentatively with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, if the condition confirmed then it needs to be managed with particular therapy and for that you can see the gastroenterologist, hope this information helps.
