Suggest Treatment For Discomfort After Taking Marijuana

Unfortunately I had a rather heavy drinking experience on Saturday night. I normally can drink as much as the average person and have no issue dealing with the hangover. I am a 21 year old college student and I like to party as much as anyone else my age. In my drunken state I took two hits of marijuana from a bowl being passed around. My concern is that I still feel extremely sick even though 48 hours have passed. I have hydrated myself and taken all precautionary steps but I am still feeling very upset.

This is pretty common with alcohol withdrawal. It is from a reflex overstimulation. So...dark room, rest, quiet, or very soothing music, avoiding stress for about 1-2 day if that is possible. (the hydration was good).
