Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take prescribed medication to soothe the esophageal lining.
-Reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption (if you take an occasional drink, make sure there is food in your stomach).
-Stop smoking.
-Take antacids to lower the acidity in the stomach.

Hope my answer was helpful!

Kind Regards,
